The following is a list of services offered by Realitalia to maximize the enjoyment of owning your holiday home which is included in the annual Home Owners Association fee:

• Complimentary welcome service for owners and family members – including preparation of property before arrival.

• Initial on-site assistance in setting up monthly services such as gas, electricity, satellite, or other monthly service.

• On-site Property Management and Key holding management services.

• Online booking system and marketing assistance if you chose to rent your property.

• Meet & Greet Check-in/Check-out service by resident manager.

• One light cleaning per month or upon your instructions.

• Complete communal services for such things as swimming pools, solarium, gardens, barbecues, Wi-Fi connections, etc.

• Assistance with the coordination of urgent maintenance and repair, the actual cost of repair is additional.

• Mail sorting and management in preparation of mail forwarding.

• Assistance in organization of cosmetics, coiffure, or massage appointments, local tourist site seeing, regional event ticketing, travel assistance with airlines, car rental, baby sitting services, and Italian language lessons.

Extra services are available for an additional fee depending on the different level of concierge services available at your property, in the event a Hotel is on-site, the variety of service provided could encompass a wider range and may include the following:

• Facility services such as wellness spa, health center, baby village, etc.

• Shopping baskets upon arrival.

• Extensive preparation of your home at your arrival.

• Preparation of romantic dinner at home.

• Cleaning and laundry services.

• Management of linen and towels (available for rental properties).

• Gardening and landscape services.

• Extra administration services, such translations, accounting services, etc.
