Property Liguria

Liguria is the coastal North-West Region of Italy.

It edges with France, and with the Italian Regions of Piemonte, Lombardia and Toscana.

Traditionally the property market here is quite strong, since people from inland have been coming over to Liguria to spend their holiday at the sea.

The coast is actually very beautiful and boasts some very well know sea villages like Le 5 Terre, Portofino, Alassio, San Remo and many other.

This territory offers a variety of different areas, from the sea to the inland that at short distance from the coast changes immediately to completely different mountain feeling despite being at a few minutes from the sea.

Liguria can also offer a wide variety of food and wine, and of course the opportunity to enjoy - for example in Autumn - the incredible truffle and mushroom season of the North West side Regions in Italy (lower part of Piemonte and Lombardia).

Genova is the most important city in Liguria and it has got am international airport, but also Savona is a very interesting town.

Thanks to the vicinity of France, you can also fly to Nice that is at about one hour for example from Colletta and 90 minutes from Bergeggi.

The larger cities of Milan and Turin are at about 1 and half hour by car.
