I get asked often about my preferred property among our Italian homes.
1. It combines an incredibly convenient location with private and panoramic outside space;
2. Despite being a very small development thanks to the fact that we have other projects locally, it will enjoy all the advantages of the Realitalia management, including the value for money on annual costs, since monthly management charges start from 120 Euro for the one bedroom flats;
3. It offers a large variety of properties types, you can choose a one bedroom flat for 225,000 or a three bedroom house for more than 600,000;
4. It probably offers the best schedule of works I have seen locally, which brings not only a very high standard in term of energy certification and technology inside the homes (high certified heating and cooling systems, remote controlled utilities, high level of insulation etc) but also an incredibly consistent selection of products to the vision of creating Tuscan countryside homes with 21 Century technology behind (solid wood doors and windows with reclaimed ironware and handles, locally hand made cotto floors, solid waxed wood floors in the bedrooms etc.);
5. It is in the Chianti Pisano, at less than 40 minutes from Pisa and from the sea, and in one of the most beautiful Tuscan countryside I have ever seen.
