Lately the pound raised in value against the Euro considerably.
I believe that this morning it was trading at around 1.20, i.e. you need to 1 pound to buy 1.20 Euro.
I found it interesting to bring these figured into perspective producing a concrete example on one of our Italian Property in Tuscany. Of course a similar exercise could be done with our other Italian property like Dominio San Sebastiano in Liguria and Santo Stefano di Sessanio in Abruzzo.
If you take for example Basilico at Ville degli Olivi, a three bedroom beautiful restored Italian home with a private garden and direct access to the Olive Orchard, you are looking – compared to sometime last year – to a saving around 60,000 pounds, without even considering the saving on the transaction costs!
Basically you would need around 420,000 instead of around 480,000 pounds to reach the 505,000 Euro purchase price.
]f you then add the value of our FREE Furniture Package offer that is now available for those who act quickly, you are probably going not that far from the 100,000 saved!
It looks very relevant to me. By acting at the right time you can produce an immediate capital appreciation on your new property in Italy.
I look forward to discussing the matter with you.
Feel free to write to me direct.
