Last week, I had a long discussion with a lady about one of our smallest restorations, Rosmarino (images below), which costs approximately 230,000 Euro.
This is one of the Italian properties that has a very convenient price when compared to the ones that have been done up.
Taking this into account, she thought that we have applied a different standard to this property than to the substantially more expensive ones (for example, Erba Cipollina is a three bedroom house that we have just finished recently, images below).
Actually, this is not true. We offer the same outstanding attention to details to all our properties, starting from the design phase of the property.
As a matter of fact, we are even more careful to get things properly done with the smaller properties because it is important to have a good use of the space available.
And of course, when you get to technology, wiring, plumbing, heating system, cooling system (at Ville degli Olivi for example), our less expansive properties are even more exceptional than the more expensive ones.
In fact, while it is very difficult to find properties that are well thought, carefully designed and very well built, it becomes nearly impossible to receive this kind of attention in the range of lower priced Italian homes.
In a way, our small properties are even more rare than the others, since the only difference is represented by the space and not the attention.
The quality is consistently high and the common parts, the management service, the letting opportunities are just as great as with the larger and more expensive homes.
