Tuscany: A Successful Retrospective of the On-line Letting System

 

As some of you might know, 2013 is the first season in which we have adopted the letting system at Borgo in Chianni and Ville degli Olivi: http://www.tuscanyvillasandapartments.com

The on-line letting system was born in late April, but it has already registered impressive progress. After three months of activity we have gathered approximately 60,000 Euro (income) with only 7 properties available in this system.
 
This start is quite remarkable, even though it is not surprising at all if we are to take into account the quality of the properties (below some images of Erba Cipollina), the common parts (gardens and swimming pools) or the exceptional panoramas, for images: https://www.realitalia.co.uk///en/portfolio

In addition to this, the on-line letting system was designed to optimise clients’ experience and to increase the joy of booking their holiday. It features detailed information about every single property, a floor plan and lots of pictures. It also allows guests to book their holiday directly, choose their own check-in and check-out dates, pay by credit card, create short listed properties, compare the selected properties etc. Every single feature is integrated into a professionally organised system.  
 
Next to the options mentioned above, this system also manages the correspondence with clients, confirms booking, initial and final payments, sends out welcoming messages (driving instructions, properties’ addresses etc.).

Aside from the on-line letting system, there is also an on-site management service provided by the local company to owners and guests, check-in/check-out facilities, shopping baskets etc. In what concerns other additional special inquiries, you should know that for example now we are organising for a guest a romantic dinner at home with the help of a local restaurant.
